Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Mezetto tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
